History

Airmax was incorporated in 2005; the founding team has been together for over 12 years with a combined 180 years of product development and customer service in the automotive sector. Its collective core skill set is its ability to extract data from vehicles engine management systems. It is therefore an expert in retro-engineering vehicle software and applying the knowledge to applications for fleet, insurance and renewable fuel applications.

In 2006 it acquired the telematics business of CHH (www.chhconex.com) to enhance its knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and a supply contract with Delphi.

The Directors and Founders were previously involved with, or fully orchestrated the development of, many well known branded products within the telematics and garage scan tool market sector, including “Trakbak”, “TARDIS”, “Traffix”, “Celtrak”, “Star-Track” and “Recce”.

The current supported products are Profleet2, airmaxremote, Delphi Diamand 2 and The Cell.

Non automotive products now include roam2, MasterCard Scope Prepaid cards and Web Expenses.
